Do you only pick up from Amsterdam? No. While Amsterdam is our busiest pickup point, we collect pets from across the Netherlands, including Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, and Eindhoven.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead, especially during summer months, to make sure vaccination and documentation timelines are met comfortably.
What documents does my pet need to leave the Netherlands? At minimum, an EU pet passport with up-to-date rabies vaccination. Some destination countries have additional requirements (e.g. tapeworm treatment for entry to some countries, or breed restrictions in France). We'll confirm exactly what applies to your route.
