Communication and planning was very good. Because of our slightly unique circumstances, which were fully accounted for. Ned's kindness and patience was much appreciated and our pets arrived safely at their final destination!

Teníamos que trasladar a nuestro perro de Barcelona a Roterdam, nos hablaron del avión pero mi veterinario me indicó que es muy estresante para ellos, las esperas, el ruido de los motores,….. pero nos hablaron de 5 Star, y nuestra perra está habituada a ir en coche, no sería tan estresante.
Asi que tomamos esta decisión que fue la mejor, todo fue muy bien, tiempos, comunicación…. Repetiría sin duda.

We needed to transport our dog from Barcelona to Rotterdam. We were told about flying, but my vet said it's very stressful for them—the waiting, the engine noise, etc. However, we were told about 5 Star, and since our dog is used to traveling by car, it wouldn't be as stressful.
So we made this decision, which was the best one. Everything went very well: the timing, the communication... I would definitely use them again.

We will certainly contract their service again in case we need it. Ned took really good care of everything: paperwork, information exchange by mail prior to the trip, contract... and when the trip started he was super sharp at the pick up time, we were updated at every stop with pictures, and informed about the stop locations as well as about the final delivery time. Our dog was relaxed and happy when he finally arrived even though it was a 2 day trip. You can easily see that they love pets and take care of them as if they were one of their own. Thank you for everything!!
